DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a driven, energetic, and positive person to lead our fundraiser team, whose efforts contribute to reaching our goal of a just world without poverty. If you care about creating a more fair world and like leading and motivating others, you are just the person to be part of our global movement! YOUR MISSION

Lead and motivate a team of fantastic people who want to change the world Recruit monthly donors using the successful fundraising method Face-to-face, used by many charities around the world Be Oxfams representative towards people in Swedish society Influence people and spread the word about Oxfam and our work for vulnerable people in 90 countries worldwide

WHO ARE YOU?

  • You are an experienced face-to-face fundraising/field marketing team leader or skilled fundraiser who has a proven track record in face-to-face fundraising/field marketing.
  • You are a driven, enthusiastic and positive person who wants to contribute to a better and more just world.
  • You think it’s fun to talk to people and think it sounds exciting to find monthly donors for our projects around the world.
  • You can express yourself in English or Swedish without problems

  • Competitive hourly salary of 160 SEK /hour including holiday pay and OB (uncomfortable working hours) + performance related pay
  • Fulltime (35 hours) or part-time, as agreed when commencing employment
